1. Select and Design (1 day):
   Personalize or select an available house model.
2. Contact (2-4 days):
   We will contact you back to finalize designs with our experienced team of architects. (Optional: furnishings)
3. Production (5 days maximum):
   Based on specifications, your house will be manufactured in our factory.
4. Transport 
   All necessary items and equipment are transported to the installation site
5. Installation (2 days):
   At Modulux Homes, we offer two types of installation (modular or panelized) based on the house specifications. All components, framework and modules/panels are installed atop a foundation.
6. Completion:
   A fully assembled and functioning house.
